Orthodontists are dentists who completed several more years of specialty training after dental school. Dr. Tran earned his D.D.S., his Certificate in Orthodontics and his Master of Science degree from the Baltimore College of Dental Surgery. He graduated No. 1 in his class with a 4.0 GPA and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon dental honor society. Today he has more than 20 years of experience.

Are braces or Invisalign better?

It depends on your teeth, your age and your lifestyle. Metal braces are usually the most affordable option. Invisalign is nearly invisible and removable, but it isn't right for every case or for most growing children.

Does insurance cover braces?
